Breakfast could of been better if you knew what they offered. No menu. the shower pressure not very good

Room still wasn't ready at check-in even at 5pm; instead of offering a word of apology or some refreshment, they just told us to sit outside and wait for a half hour. There were problems with plumbing - I got electric shocks from the shower handle, and the toilet wasn't properly attached or caulked to the floor so it slowly leaked. The worst by far was the cockroaches running all over the bathroom sink, floor, counters, walls - mostly they were little small ones but I found several bigger ones hiding behind my things and crawling on the nightstand. Two nights I woke up with swollen bites on my arms and face, hoping it was some kind of spider and not bed bugs. They also didn't return all my clothing from the laundry and though they gave it back when I asked on checkout, if I hadn't counted my things it would have been lost. Basically a super uncomfortable stay and the bugs were really gross - there are many nicer places to stay for the price.

The staff were generally friendly and responsive to requests. Meals were good. My room was comfortable.

The WiFi signal in my room was very weak and even after several complaints, it wasn't fixed. The air conditioning also leaked water into the room and each morning, I would wake up to a small pool. They had maintenance come in to try and fix it but after an hour of tinkering, the problem still continued. Breakfast constituted a bowl of pastries, glass of juice and cup of coffee daily, and got boring after a few days.

The breakfast was too basic and yet quite expensive!
