Sehr gastfreundliches Hotel mit Stil, alles sehr gepflegt und einladend, ideal für Kurzaufenthalte mit Ausflügen und Wanderungen in der Region, besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass man auf die individuellen Wünsche eingegangen ist, wie z.B. Rucksackaufbewahrung und kalte oder warme Milch zu Kaffee. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, die Zimmer sind stilvoll und gediegen, aber bieten alles, was man braucht. Ein richtiger Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt mit Stil.

Nichts, nur dass vielleicht einmal die Busse und Bergbahnen in Lenk nicht mehr in der Gästekarte beinhaltet sein könnten!

This property provides exceptional value for price. Sonja and her team are extraordinarily welcoming, from a friendly check-in to warmth every day at breakfast (guests are given designated tables with labeled names, which I haven’t seen at any comparable hotel). It’s not luxury by any means, but that should not be expected at this price point (I found my room tidied every day in the time I was at breakfast, which is smoother housekeeping than I’ve observed at even expensive luxury properties). A special note is that this is one of the few hotels that provides the version of the local guest card that includes the Betelberg and Metsch cable cars, which is worth a lot if you haven’t purchased the Berner Oberland Pass.
