It was really clean and the staff friendly

I would’ve love room service but beside that it was great.

Staff was nice

This was listed as 3 stars so we were not prepared for the conditions of the room or the outside. Beds had plastic shower curtain mattress covers and there was no fitted sheet. The bathroom had nail holes in the wall where a mirror used to be andnthe shower curtain was filthy. The walls had spackled holes, the table was sticky and it smelled like a Bingo hall full or smokers had stayed there. The mini fridge was leaking and the floor seemed to slope. Outside there was dog poop everywhere and the amount of what looked like homeless people hanging out was sad.

The bed wasnt clean the room was dirty the tv was on the wall but couldn’t see if from the bed I slept in the sitting up with my clothes still on I would not recommend this hotel to anyone HORRIBLE

Room was fairly clean

Didn't have a mirror in the bathroom. Requested a king bed and gave me twin beds. Room is grossly overpriced, should be 70 dollars at the most.

This location did not have breakfast

While I was inside the bed sleeping, the Manager opened the door and questioned me about another room being occupied. I couldn't go back to sleep and didn't feel safe.

I stayed four nights here because I got sick while at a music festival and became pretty desperate to find a way out of camping. For the first three nights, this place was honestly everything I needed even though the amenities are quite Spartan. I was willing to overlook the missing smoke detector, seemingly nonexistent WiFi, the questionable floor stability in the bathroom, the broken fixtures, the yellow bath water, the dead crickets, and the spider webs. I was so grateful to have a semi-clean and quiet place to rest and recover, that I didn’t even care that paid over $800 for the privilege of staying in such a low quality room for those three nights. What completely changed my mind, however, was my fourth and final night. My reservation was initially for three days, leaving Sunday. On Saturday, I asked to extend my reservation through to Monday. I was told that was fine, and they charged my card for an additional night. On Sunday morning, there’s a knock on my door. One of the front desk staff tells me that she made a mistake and that they will need to move me to another room, but she assured me it would be the same size. I said that was fine with me, and she said she would come back later to help me move. Over six hours later, I assumed they had changed their minds but they finally came and asked me to move. The first room they took me to was half the size, had a smaller bed with a MASSIVE divot in the middle (it was clearly visible from the door, and seemed as though perhaps a very large person stayed there for quite a long time) and it completely reeked of cigarettes. I asked for a different room, and they offered me another option but said the housekeeper had broken the TV. I didn’t care because I’d rather be able to breathe and sleep than watch TV, so I moved into this other room.

This new room had no chair, no table, no lamp, no mirror. It was on the edge of the building closest to the road. Within an hour, we had people fighting outside of our window. We called the desk and they said they handled it and blamed it on drunk people walking by (to be honest, I’m not really buying that story). We left to go get some dinner so we could come back and get to sleep early because we had a 12 hour drive home in the morning. I didn’t notice at the time, but the hotel did try to call me once at 7:30 PM while I was on the way to dinner. They did not leave a voicemail or try calling me again. We returned to our room by 9:30 pm, took showers, and got into bed. As we lay in bed asleep, we hear someone trying to unlock and open our room door. The sounds woke us up, startled us, and we reacted by screaming “PEOPLE ARE IN HERE” and trying to stop the door from flying open. Mind you, our bed is in FULL view of the road. Once I found some pants (because who sleeps in pants?), I flung open the door to figure out what happened. The OWNER (?) OF THE HOTEL DECIDED SHE COULD JUST WALK INTO OUR ROOM UNANNOUNCED BECAUSE “SOMEONE” TOLD HER WE LEFT?!?! This is completely unacceptable. There is NO situation where what she did to us is appropriate. I worked front desk at a boutique hotel for two years, and they always tell you to assume a room is occupied even when it isn’t. She didn’t knock. She didn’t announce her presence. She just unlocked our door and proceeded to walk in. What was she hoping to accomplish? Confirm that we left? If so, the deadbolt being locked should’ve told her that we were inside because the crappy keys they give you don’t actually lock the deadbolt. Checking if we were okay? Why didn’t she call me back or leave a voice message? If her intent was truly positive, why was it handled this way? She violated her own “quiet hours” policy by barging into our room after 10 PM.
