J’ai précisé lors de la réservation que je voulais une baignoire et à mon arrivée, j’ai eu une douche et une seule serviette, alors que nous étions deux. Les photos ne correspondait pas à la chambre que j’ai eu, et j’ai bien précisé que je voulais une baignoire, pas une douche

Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour répondre aux exigences de ses clients, il reste au tabac et passe juste une clé et un code

Veel restaurants in de buurt, beneden een "Tabac" om iets te drinken. Van hieruit een mooie wandeling van zo'n uurtje naar het centrum van Chartres en natuurlijk de kathedraal. Bovendien makkelijk gratis te parkeren in de straat en zeer vriendelijk personeel

We hadden liever wat langer gebleven.
