Hotel du Centre Lucé Chartres

The room was very spaceous and very clean. Do not expect a fancy new room, but a place were you will feel home. The staff was very welcoming and gentle, especially the turkish gentle man from the reception! Thank you dor your hospitality, highly recommended and maybe see you in future.

This is a basic hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. Good value for money. The check in was efficient via the bar below which is open early and closes late.

The location was a brisk 20 minute walk from Chartres, and slightly edgy.

It was OK, just. It was particularly unfortunate that the location was on the section of road that had been closed completely for a road cycle race that evening. The room and facilities were acceptable for the price.

Road closure. Local roads clogged and parking difficult. It was not near any restaurants to be able to walk for an evening meal.

No frills, but everything you need for a comfortable stay

Not in city center, but a quick drive or a doable walk

The price was correct, staff very happy to help (for the security of my moto )

The Entrance to the reception was busy with smokers on a wet evening from the café next door
