Staff flexibility.

I booked the through Booking.com, where payment has to be made only when I check-in, but the hotel insisted in making advance payment two days before the stay, which is against the policy. The sales person said, if I don’t pay, the room will be shown as vacant on their system and it will be allotted to some other guest! This is bullshit!

Reception staff was not helpful. They dint mind anything even when you request it is family with children snd we have booked two rooms in booking.com so we need the rooms nearby their answer they cant even guarantee it is going to be even in same floor. No family room. No interconnecting room . Pool was dirty

The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious. My reservation was upgraded, which made me very happy. The staff are helpful and smiling, and the view from the window is very beautiful.

Unfortunately, I found some insects on my bed, and this bothered me. The sheets were changed immediately. The second thing is that the sheets are old and need to be changed because they are worn out. The breakfast does not have many options, and for the first time I did not find a coffee machine at breakfast.
