Staff was really helpful and really like wellness retreat part and free yoga sessions.

Overall property was good, however we noticed bathroom could use bit more cleaning around basin.

We had some treatments at the spa, those were excellent! The staff at the hotel was friendly. We organized transport to and from the airport via the hotel.

The hotel is located in Tapovan (Rishikesh), it's roughly 22 km from the airport, but there is a constant traffic jam on the road from the airport to the hotel, it took us over 2 hours to reach the accommodation. Because of the traffic situation, we were unable to leave the Tapovan area to see the waterfall, or anything that was not within a short walking distance from the hotel. We didn't bring a car (but even if we did, we feel that we would have just been stuck in the traffic for hours and hours). We stayed in an "Executive" room. It was very very basic. There was a window in the room, but if you opened the curtains, you would just see a brick wall at a close distance (20 cm?), that was the only view. There was no shower curtain or separation in the shower so if you had a shower, the whole toilet/bathroom got soaking wet. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was very basic for my taste. Our breakfast was included in our room rate, but the staff tried to charge us for it separately on three different occasions (we only went for breakfast once, and only had some coffee and watermelon). The hotel offers a free yoga class (which is a nice detail), but only at 05.30am in the morning, which felt very early for us. We were supposed to stay three nights in the hotel, but we ended up changing our flights and left after two nights.
