Frühstück

Missverständniss, Einzelschmalbett, Telefon abgehängt, dreisstes Umgang musste Polizei um Hilfe bitten um Dialog weiter zu führen zu können. Rezeption nur per Telefon möglich. Einigung hat stattgefunden und alles war wie erwartet.

Extrem ruhige Lage

Man glaubt bei der Anfahrt gar nicht daran, dass da noch ein Hotel kommen soll, da muss man durchhalten. Das Hotel stirbt, da wird nichts mehr investiert, keine Rezeption mehr, kein Restaurant mehr, gewaltiger Revitalisierungsstau. Bin gespannt, wie lange es die noch gibt. Da Frühstück war okay und die Servicefrau sehr bemüht. Insgesamt aber zu teuer, da findet man Besseres für weniger Geld in Most/Brüx. Und die Nähe zum Autodrom ist zu wenig Argument.

Bohužel nic. Snad snídaně byla v pořádku.

Měli jsme jako rodina dva pokoje v horních patrech. Bylo tam šílené vedro, nedalo se tam v noci dýchat, museli jsme se 2x sprchovat, abychom to udýchali, každý pokoj byl vybaven větrákem, v jednom pokoji větrání nefungovalo. Nebylo se na koho obrátit, personál jsem viděli až ráno. Nebylo si kam sednout, žádná restaurace, marně jsme hledali venku stůl a lavice, kde bychom snědli večeři v podobě nákupu v Lidlu.

"Mé tradiční ubytování při návštěvě Mostu"

Výborná snídaně a příjemná paní, která snídaně zajišťuje. Umístění hotelu zaručuje klid od městského ruchu. Vždy se mi tam dobře spí. Online recepce vám umožňuje příjezd v kteroukoliv hodinu.

Trochu starší vybavení, což ale není problém. Uvítal bych možná tvrdší matrace. Ale toto má každý nastaveno jinak.

"Velice nespokojení"

Neměli jsmeprilezitost, kvůli úrazu syna jsme nemohli dorazit.

Přístup personálu a hlavně manažerky, která je "velice empaticka." Sice mají "jasne napsano", že nevrací peníze při koupi pokoje, ale myslím si, že když někdo opravdu z vážného důvodu nemůže přijet, bylo by na místě udělat výjimku. Jeli jsme do Mostu až z Českého Krumlova což každý snad pochopí, že jen tak ubytování nezrušíme a nepojedeme domu. Bohužel se synovi stal úraz a rozsekl si nohu, museli jsme proto jet domů. A lhostejnost paní manažerky mluvila za vše.
