L'entorn de l'hotel fantàstic. Molt a prop d'Olot i enmig de l'entorn natural. Habitació i bany amplis. Relació qualitat-preu fabulós

L'hotel està una mica antiquat, la zona de recepció i bar millorable. No hi havia ascensor (o no l'hem vist). A nosaltres no ens va afectar però sí important per a les persones amb problemes de mobilitat. L'esmorzar és correcte: embotits de la zona molt bons però poca tria. La bolleria industrial i poca varietat. El sistema podria millorar perquè era tipus buffet però el personal et feia les torrades i el cafè.
