Only thing good abput the property is its close proximity to EON IT Park

1. No courteous staff 2. Room full of cockraches 3. Bed uncomfortable, spring coming out and poking 4. No tv remote avaliable 5. No one at reception when required 6. No intercom facilities 7. No hot water for bath in my second day stay, had to tak le cold shower 8. Room full of dust and stinks

It's walking distance from Eon IT park kharadi. The room size was big, spacious.

The AC and one fan wasn't working. There was only one fan in working condition, making too much noise. The bedsheets were old, torn and had stains. Toilet had no toilet paper. No complimentary water bottle. Water had to be purchased.

Reasonable rates. On request hot water for bath was given at night.

Washroom was not very clean. No toilet tissue rolls were provided. Hot water for bath is available only in the morning

The location was right inside Kharadi Village. No shops were around.
