"Time at Hotel Grand Suites,"

The hotel is centrally located ,very close to Majestic. However, the location ambiance is not good. For food we have good hotels nearby. Staff is amicable with good response.

"Very poor"

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 03 00 had to check in for nearly 30 mins.. there was no hot water .o towels even though they promised to send them to the room. Even though I went down to collect them. We had to dry our our self's on the bed cloths.

Every thing please don't send you customers there again The rooms were dirty the bathroom had broken widows.
