Staff is co-operative. It is very convenient for Majestic Metro station (Exit-entry from from Majestic bus stand gate). Bus stand (street vendors) and market nearby. However, the surrounding area is not very clean. Very congested area during business hours. Room no. 305 is ok for family of 4 with one kid of up to 14 years. Extra bed for one more person can also be feasible in this room. However, sharing of one bathroom by 5 persons is little difficult.

Very congested area. Cleanliness in the area is not maintained by the vendors and Municipality.
