Stay was excellent,we loved the room and ur pool ,all was under budget and plus pont mapro garden is hardly 10 min away so overall accommodation was best with ur staff

Frankly speaking resturant service was too late .

Location wise it’s really good as it’s near to Mapro Garden. Took us just 5 mins, super convenient for strawberry shopping & Vanam Cafe. 📍 Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bedsheets, washroom - sab hygienic tha. Staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in smooth tha. Food was delicious! We tried their dinner - fresh and tasty. Special mention: Morning mein humne Poha order kiya and they made it fresh for us. Garam garam Poha with chai = Perfect hill station morning ❤️ Overall experience is really good. Value for money property. Couples aur families dono ke liye recommended.

Nothing good about this hotel

The owner is rude and will cancel your booking if it isn’t paid in advance. Why offer a 'pay later' or 'pay at hotel' option if upfront payment is still demanded? If a guest reserves a room with the option to pay at the hotel, the owner should honor that agreement.

There was very little to like about this property. The apartment was not clean upon arrival, and we had to request immediate cleaning of the toilet as soon as we entered. As we tried to settle in, we realized the property looked quite different from the pictures shown online. The most concerning issue, however, was discovering a CCTV camera installed in the living room. When we raised this with the property manager, the response was extremely casual — we were simply told to “cover it with a towel.” This made us highly uncomfortable, and I decided to vacate the property within a couple of hours of check-in. Unfortunately, despite leaving almost immediately, the booking advance paid to them was never refunded. The only positive takeaway is that I chose not to stay there. Book at your own risk.
