Cleanliness

Hot water was not available in the room. They were charging GST on Restaurant bill but were not ready to give a pucca bill. Given the higher prices, the amenities offered and the quality of the property, it was not worth the money. Not a value for the money paid. It's better to move a little further the bus stand chowk, you will find many better properties.

I visited there on Dec 26-28 2024. The restaurant is very good and the food quality is also very good.Every staff are doing their best to satisfy their customers. But I have a different opinion for the receptionist and the Manager.I will explain that in the next column.

The behavior of the receptionist is very rude. Also not satisfied with the conversation with the Manager, he asked me to even leave the room when I was not happy with the room.. I have booked two rooms 1.5 months in advance with a 3-4 star rating price. One of the rooms was really good i.e mountain facing on the 3th floor . But the other one was pathetic on the 1st floor. I will suggest not to book without seeing the room because only a few rooms on the 4th and 5th floor are good but the rest are not up to the mark congested and not value for money.

Need to keep the lift operational 24 hrs, it's needed in case of emergency. There is no 24 hrs response for Room service on room phone, need ro keep rotational staff Water dispenser should be provided at all floors.

Location, cleanliness

During heavy rain water was rushing into the room through the gap of the window.

Hotel is just besides the bus stand. Room size was big enough for a family of 4.Taste of the food was awesome. Behavior of the staffs are excellent. Very satisfied with the hotel overall.

Regular cleaning of the room or bathroom should be done. Also due to some leakage there were lot of rain water on the common space.
