Kubu Rama Ubud Cottage

Location was great, really enjoyed the view to the rice paddy field and nice to be out of the business in Ubud town centre. Breakfast was ok

We booked 3 rooms and for the first night one of the rooms was a downstairs one which did have a bit of a damp smell. The upstairs rooms are great.

Loved everything about this place...very comfortable and the staff are amazing. Fabulous breakfast. Loved the large balcony (had upstairs room). I'll definitely be back!

40 minutes walk from Ubud center. Quiet location.

This stay was definitely better than expected. I thought I had essentially booked a homestay so I was quite surprised at the view, how big the room was, and that it had more of a hotel/small resort feel. It had everything I needed and the staff was kind and helpful. I forgot my charging converter and they had one. I was there I was able to get an affordable massage right in my room. Overall the room was clean. It’s a little dated in terms of needing some new paint in a few places but overall I was quite comfortable.

There was plumbing issue. Dirty water was flowing thru the taps. Also, water supply was inconsistent.

Had such a lovely stay! Our room had lovely views from 2 sides of rice fields! The staff were on hand to help and always offering a friendly face. We had a lizard in our room running around and the staff supported us with safely removing it. They also had plenty of information about excursions etc.

It’s old and wasn’t great value at all ! Had a smell in the bathroom. Water in taps sometime brown.
