Location and decor and design of the room. It had character and charm.

That a city tax was added and I did not know that would be a fee until I checked in. Also, for a Friday night the bar and restaurant closed really early. We were there a little before 10pm and the bar was closed.

The location was AMAZING! We were half a block from the Magnolia shopping and the silos. We ate at the restaurant onsite and it was wonderful! The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. It’s a cool boutique hotel that is furnished with antiques. The beds were very comfortable!

Great location, very nice rooms. Decor was charming… lots of character.

Extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin, feels like the neighbors are in the room with you. There was also a family that was allowing their small children to run screaming through the halls for hours! This made our stay not so relaxing, even though the place itself was great.

Great Location. Front Desk was Fabulous.
