Hotel Timor

Good location, friendly staff and a fair amount of options at breakfast.

Hotel is hard to get in touch with. Never replied to my emails and took me over 5 calls in different days and times to finally get answered. Rooms are good and clean, but the ac does is not very strong so it does get quite hot sometimes. Biggest downside was check out: given my flight was very early I asked reception if they could book a transfer at 6AM, to which they promptly said they would do. On checkout day, I came down to the lobby to find out that no car had been booked, and since reception was unattended, had to rely on the help of the security guard to get a taxi. Only left the hotel at 6:35 AM and almost missed my flight.

A higiene do quarto era precária, a roupa da cama e almofadas desgastadas e amareladas. O colchão e demais comodidades a precisar de reforma, incluindo WC. A insonorização do quadro virado para a frente também é precária.

Air conditioner in room didn’t work until asked to move rooms. Room had traffic noise
