het vroege uur waarop ontbijt beschikbaar is

Er wered gewerkt in het hotel wat niet werd aangekondigd bij de boeking! Niet alle kamers beschikken over dezelfde faciliteiten,zo had slechts 1 vand de 7 personen in onze groep een frigo op de kamer. Onze kamer had duidelijk geleden onder waterinfiltratie (plafond) maar er werd niets gedaan om dit enigszins te verfraaien.het ontbijt buffet stond nog niet volledig en ook het koffiemachine was niet klaar(opgewarmd) ontdanks de belofte dat er kon worden ontbeten vanaf 6u. Verder waren wij met een groep van 7 mensen in het hotel aanwezig en er werd zowel bij de boeking als de avond voordien expleciet gevraagd om 1 tafel voor de volledige groep te voorzien voor het ontbijt. Er werd hier voor onze groep geen rekening mee gehouden. Voor een andere groep werd dit wel bewerkstelligd! partijdigheid dus naar groepen toe! en ook werd er een factuur gevraagd maar we verkregen enkel een proforma document hetwelke geen boekhoudkundige waarde heeft! er is zeker nog werk naar klantenservice toe , jammer!
