"I was almost in tears"

Location was ok

staff was not co-operative, they were extremely rude, i went with the booking confirmation and they refused to acknowledge. It was extremely difficult to communicate with them. They did not know how to process the booking.com confirmed guest. Morning breakfast: i went to hve at 9:20. It was finished and staff nust simply said its over pls go !!! I had to h e my breakfast outside. There is no option in booking. Com to reach its customer service aswel. I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I went to checkin at 8pm and they made me wait till 9pm .. lot of argument, debate, multiple calls to their superior etc.. totally not professionals !!!!!
