B&B Hotel Braga Lamacaes

This hotel is situated right in the heart of the attractions in Braga. Just step out the door and you can walk everywhere. It was everything we needed for one night and a good breakfast in the morning

We stayed two nights at this clean, pleasant, safe hotel, which was full of Portuguese travellers and businesspeople. It is ideal if you are visiting Braga by car..plenty of free parking. The drive to the historic Centro takes ten minutes. No problem with parking. The Room was quiet and relatively spacious, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fine and the reception employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an area of apartment buildings and there are thee or four cafes and at least three pleasant and good restaurants for supper, all within a five minute walk.

Very clean rooms, but with old / poor functionality. Bathroom was new and ok. Bed cover was supposed to be replaced ages ago and obviously it is not cleaned between guests. Safe has no lock, maybe you need to ask from the reception , i don't know. The reception personnel had very poor English which seem to be the case everywhere around the city.

The Hotel is not situated in the historical centre but it is an excellent choice if you are in business because it is very close to the University of Minho (you can walk there, c.5min.). The room was clean and spacious, very confortable. Breakfast was very good for the room price and the staff was also very nice.

Yes, is a clean one. The room is standard, very clean and funcional. The shaders could block more light and on the back the view is none, but... is a fine one for a short stay or if you just care for the room. Breakfast is fine, also has the basics. No english style though. I've had much worst in Braga at higher prices.

I have been there for one night and it was really amazing.super clean rooms and their size is big.breakfast is delicious and all staff are smiling for you all the time.if you are going to braga i recomend highly this hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel room was very clean, the continental breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and the bed was very large and comfortable. Given the price, it is a smart choice for your stay.

The hotel is very good. Very close to uni university. Very reasonably priced for a private room which includes separate bathroom, AC and TV facilities. The breakfast is also included. Very friendly staff. Bit away from the city centre but that is alright if you are there for university.

Very good hotel. Quiet. Near university, you can walk there. Staff very frendly. Very good breakfast with good products. Stay there just one night but liked it very much. In the room you have TV (old), safe, air conditioned...

I stayed here for a couple of days during a conference at the University of Minho. The campus is quite close, walking distance, if it is not pouring like these last days. The surroundings are not spectacular, mostly apartment blocks and wide roads, typical outskirts of a European (small) city. About 2 miles away it the beautiful "Bom Jesus do Monte", a church on the top of a hill that you can reach by impressive stairs or a water powered tram. Worthwhile a visit and again walking distance from the hotel. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are clean, wifi is working, rates are very reasonable. No minibar, but the hotel has a bar downstairs. At least two restaurants close by, but I guess you'd wanna go to the center when on holidays.
