Das Appart war richtig groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Location, pool, proximity to beach and sea

That our kitchen was making beeping noises and on first day lady told us that there is nothing we can do besides turning it off, after few days we complained again and we didn’t let the staff turn it off as we were using it. Somehow hotel found a way to turn it off for the night, but first 3 nights we couldn’t sleep at night which is ridiculous.

Все супер, все очень понравилось, большой + что есть бассейн, рядом магазины, парковка закрытая, апартаменты хорошие. Надо понимать что они находятся на второй линии и до моря надо пройтись. Но если вы хотите хороший чистый пляж то лучше куда-то ездить.

Бойлер с горячей водой работает не очень, горячая вода только при среднем напоре.

Отель находится не далеко от пляжа, есть короткий спуск. Отзывчивый персонал, быстро реагирует на любую просьбу. Когда мы заболели, нам любезно предоставили лекарства, даже после 8 вечера.

Отсутствие ресторана в отеле указывалось в описании. Но, хотелось бы чтоб хотя бы в номере положили пару пакетиков чая/кофе, чтоб с утра было что выпить. Т.к ближайшая кофейня находится 700 метров от отеля.

• The housekeeping ladies were lovely – always greeted us with a smile, and one even helped us get to the station when our taxi didn’t arrive. • The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and my children really enjoyed it. • Certain areas of the property have beautiful views, and the outdoor spaces are generally kept tidy. • Reception staff did try to listen, but I feel management had more control over decisions.

The apartment layout and beds were unsuitable for families. We booked for 1 adult + 2 children (a boy and a girl), but were given only two double beds. This forced me to share a bed with one child, while the other had to sleep on the sofa bed — leaving us with no sofa for relaxing. • The balcony and room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite “no smoking” signs. Our clothes left on the balcony picked up the smell, making it unusable. This is not suitable for families, especially as my son has allergies and breathing difficulties. • Towels were only changed on the fourth day — the same day we checked out. Bedding was never changed. In such hot weather, this is completely impractical and unhygienic for families. Guests should not have to beg for clean towels or bedding. • There was no on-site restaurant, mini-bar, or shop. Guests are not allowed to bring drinks to the pool, but the hotel does not sell any either — which makes no sense. Families need convenient food and drink options. • Reception is only open 8am–8pm. For guests arriving late or leaving early (common with international flights), this is very inconvenient. The security guard could not handle check-ins properly. • When I complained about the room, management showed me pictures online and insisted “this is what you booked.” As a guest, I do not work in room service to understand layouts. It’s their job to clearly explain options and ensure families are given suitable rooms. • The view from our balcony was disappointing: instead of the beach, we faced an unfinished, rusty building wall and overgrown bushes. The Booking.com photos are misleading compared to reality. • Lack of customer care. Management should be proactive, visible, and supportive instead of questioning the guest. The policy in the handbook stating that complaints after checkout will not be considered is also very unfair. Overall This hotel is not suitable for families.
