The swimming pool was nice, the room was good size although the kitchen wasn't well equipped. Some of the staff (manager and part of the receptionists) were very friendly.

The bathroom smelled really bad, when we told the receptionist she commented that it happens in the summer time and there is nothing to do about it. When we asked to talk to the manager, he sent a maintenance man that fixed the problem the following day.. Both tv's didn't work (in spite of about 4 attempts to fix them by the hotel staff) The sea view was partial and included a construction site and a crane

De ruimte was prima uitzicht matig de balkon was boven op een niet afgemaakte gebouw voor de rest kan mee leven

Geen ontbijt 4 sterren zeker niet waard bij aankomst was een mevrouw die werkte bij de receptie was super aardig en behulpzaam na 2 dagen stond een andere mevrouw volgens mij uit Oekraïne of Rusland en die was alles behalve vriendelijk haar Engels was ook behoorlijk slecht maar al met al was niet de beste hotel op papier hotel was gewoon appartement waar ik heb in gezeten

Alles und die Frau an der Rezeption war super nett, weiss leider nicht mehr wie sie heisst aber die war blond

Nous avons l'habitude de voyager et pour la première fois nous nous sommes fait voler de l'argent. Mes filles avaient laissé leur sac à main dans la chambre. Le matin même elles m'ont demandé de compter leur argent qui leur restait, nous sommes ensuite parti pour la journée et en revenant le soir il manquait un billet dans chaque porte monnaie. Si je n'avais pas compté le matin même je ne m'en serais surement pas aperçu. Après l'avoir signalé, la réponse a été : Nous avons regardé les caméras de surveillance du couloir, il n'y a que le personnel qui est entré et c'est impossible que se soit notre employée je ne sais pas quoi vous dire de plus. Honteux mes filles ont pleurés et voulait qu'on quitte cet hôtel elles ont passé le reste du séjour à avoir peur qu'on nous vole à nouveau séjour gâché et aucune prise en compte de l'hôtel. Manque également de propreté. Mauvais emplacement géographique loin de tout.

The property was a little far from old town Budva

Ruim appartement met groot balkon en uitzicht op zee. Comfortabel met fijne bedden en een fijne douche. Baliemedewerkster vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel staat op een goede locatie, strand is in 5 minuten te bereiken en heeft een gezellige boulevard met restaurants.

Een vaatwasser zou een mooie aanvulling zijn.
