The room was cleaned well. All are requests were met. Very good location.

Good location for us. Reasonably spacious room with a view. On-site parking and wifi available.

Very limited breakfast choice which was repeated next day. You have to keep asking for everything and they don't refill as required. Poor breakfast. No menu available. Only a few items on display. You have to poke them for tea/coffee/omlette, etc. and it takes ages before you get what you ask. Essentially trying to discourage people from asking for anything other that that on the table. No regular restaurant at the hotel. Compared to their price per night (around INR 3750/room), breakfast was way below expectations. We found cockroaches in the room and complained to them. Someone came with a can of Tick20 or something to spray, even though we were staying on the room. They have not heard of regular pest control with gel-based treatment. Hot water supply was irregular and we had to collect hot water in a bucket before shower. They have some issue with water pressure in the higher floors and they can't fix it. Also, the shower diverter was not working and they had to repair it.

The Cleanliness, comfort, decor and architecture are all what make this place unique and memorable. The rooms are huge and really well equipped, and the staff are really helpful and eager to please (especially the front desk staff and the porters). I'm already planning my next stay.
