Everything is worst, They don't give invoices instead charge very high and all are arrogant, Rude

Outer elevation of the property is really good

It was mentioned as 3 star hotel, I had high expectations. But it was no where near to 3 star hotel. But we were given a room for which only half of the ceiling is there and the remaining was occupied with water tank The ceiling was uneven making the room look weird and that also meant that there was not much light to be passed in front of mirror The AC pipe was directly opened to the bathroom, making the bathroom wet all the time. Hot water barely came The soaps and shampoos were 5 rs Santoor and 1 or 2 rs dove. Atleast they could have given better soaps and shampoos like hotel do Service charge was added to the water bottles, which was again weird

Very poor behavior of the staff

Behavior and approach of the staff
