Dining area was a veranda unprotected from rain. Did not like anything.

Was given a very small room. When I threatened to leave, a room as advertised was given. No running hot water. Electricity to geyser is disconnected. Need to ask to connect it. Could not have a bath during the 5 days. Room had rain water coming in. Faucet was. leaking, water pressure is very low. Room service takes a long time. Staffing is inadequate.

Their details were not clear, implying a good deal however it was a terrible trap. They added more commission charges when we went to check in. Their reviews on the website are fake. The sheets were unwashed, the table not clean and the access to lodge is difficult with Uber and autos not willing to ply.

Room size was very small though they call it deluxe room, previous check out was done it seems just before we arrive hence cleaning was not eye for detail, Bed was discomforting and TV never work informed reception 2-3 times never rectified above all hot water for bathing i called reception 7am in the morning we were patiently calm till 8:30hrs we sick and tired as we were late and room amenities were not provided
