Central Hotel Ridge

Central is quiet. Clean. And the staff are very courteous, friendly and respectful. I enjoyed the service and hospitality which you hardly get in much bigger hotels. Antoinette and Seraphine at the reception are such lovely ladies. Made me feel welcome. Aboma always made my coffee with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.

During my stay, I noticed that when large groups were present, the breakfast area struggled to keep up with demand. Tables were often left uncleared, making it difficult to find a clean spot to sit and enjoy the meal. It would be helpful if the hotel could allocate more staff or streamline the clearing process during busy periods to ensure a more pleasant experience for all guests.

Nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff. Swimming pool and gym were fine for use. Hotel restaurant was good. Breakfast was good.

I had a truly wonderful stay during my first visit to Africa. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety to choose from. What I especially appreciated was the thoughtful hospitality that made my stay stress-free and relaxing, even on the day of my departure. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ghana!

The location, ambience, politeness and efficiency of the staff, free breakfast, and hot shower.

The wifi was not adequate in my room and the cleaning of the bathroom can improve.

The staff are very polite and efficient. The environment is peaceful, secure and clean. The breakfast was superb. Overall an excellent experience.
