Central Hotel Ridge

Very nice staff, always trying to help. Nice and spacious room.

You cannot connect to netflix using the wifi. You have to pay to purchase internet to be able to connect to the wifi. So if you are alone and thinking of netflix and chill after work - forget about it. No hot water in the shower in the morning. Just lukewarm. Bathroom door got locked by itself around midnight one time. The kind staff gave me a key to another room to use the bathroom. But it was still quite inconvenient and even at 10 AM the next day, no one from maintenance had come to unlock it.

The staff here were excellent- friendly and very helpful. However, the hotel itself is poor quality. The tap water in my room was brown, the towels were not clean, the bottles of toiletries in the room had clearly been reused and the overall feel of the hotel was rundown unfortunately. I would not recommend.

I have stayed in several hotels in Accra and this is the best, by far. Customer service is superb! The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food. The pool was refreshing. It is centrally located, but there is not much within close walking distance to the hotel. Uber and Bolt are cheap and fast. But the main impression I left with was that the staff is genuinely interested in guest comfort. Friendly and welcoming. I will be back!

The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming from pick up from the airport to the hotel. The staff was very amazing especially Morris and Sammy who help us with any thing we wanted being helping us get some local goods and good services. Their support help us to get the things we wanted with our busy and tight schedules with did help us a lot.

Fantastic hotel in Accra, highly recommend it to everyone! We had a fantastic stay, the hotel staff (Morris and Sammy) were exceptional could not of made our stay any better it was close to perfection. Would love to return back here at some point.

I have never stayed anywhere else with such helpful, kind and friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome, especially our 2 year old child, which made the trip really comfortable. He also really loved the pool! Central Hotel, Ridge is in a pleasant, peaceful location despite being close to the city centre. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a good range of hot and cold dishes. Our room was spacious with great air conditioning. Overall, I would really highly recommend it as a place to stay when you are in Accra.

Improve car parking space Improve the external outlook of the building and the general environment eg. The pool side etc. Improve the manue by adding more local recipes Intensify publicity and advertisement of the facility it is not that known The security department should be apt in ensure patrons are given quick guidance to park The location of the facility is very prime hence proper investment should be done to ensure it general upgrade

Lovely staff and a very beautiful environment. Food was superb, clean restaurant , the music…. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. And top of that I enjoyed the surprise from the staff during my proposal! I recommend this people for anyone trying to have the best time of their life.

The staff are exceptionally kind - at the reception but also at the restaurant. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay and even helped me exchange my money and prolonge my check out. I would recommend. Thank you to everyone at the hotel !

Everything was clean and comfortable. Food is excellent. Staff are helpful. Good AC and hot water.

Pool area needs a bit of work to make it inviting. However the pool was very clean and well maintained.
