La atención (especialmente Mumam) ha sido excepcional, me han ayudado en toda mi estancia incluso más allá de lo que se podría esperar. Las instalaciones están muy bien, agua gratis todos los días en la habitación. Me permitieron pagar con Euros.

2 cosas, una achacable al hotel y otra al país. 1) La calle es ruidosa y en Bangladesh tienen la curiosa costumbre de pitar continuamente cuando conducen. 2) La conexión WIFI es bastante inestable, con lo que para los que viajamos por trabajo nos complica la situación.

I booked a deluxe double studio with balcony and bathtub, which I did not receive. Instead, upon our arrival we were asked to cancel the booking if we don't like the room they provided. Apart from the location, it was not the most pleasant experience. However, the behavior of the staffs were nice and room cleaning service was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

They provided me a studio without balcony and bathtub (room no. 101) right next to the reception when I paid for the double deluxe studio with balcony, bathtub etc for 10 nights. One of the day we had to stay out of the room because they were drilling above us. The room was not sound proof at all, even we could hear anyone speaking in the reception. Every night we had issue falling asleep due to the sound of construction work outside. The breakfast was not good, my wife refused to have breakfast immediately from 3rd day due to stomach issue. I have faced the same as well, however, I still had breakfast since it supposed to be provided with my booking. The overall experience was not good at all. Upon our arrival, when we told the reception to give us the studio we booked for, they asked us to cancel booking or figure it out with booking.com knowing that it was holiday season and booking.com office might be closed. I would definitely not recommend this place again.

The hospitality of the staff was world class.

No complaints.

The staff was really helpful and assisted us with all our needs. The location was really good, the room was comfortable and the hotel provided us with many facilities and provided free mineral water.
