Patra Dumai Hotel

Near to ferry terminal. The staff was very helpful even though we checked in a little bit late. I go with big family members and we get side by side room on the same floor.

May be can add more variety of food for breakfast.

The noise from the event held at the hotel on my last day. It was very loud. I could not sleep.

Very polite staff... always wanted to help.

Have to walk a little to buy food. But to me it's okay because I can exercise.

Employees there are great and really helpful. They speak very good english which helps a lot also

shower area r nt very clean... d wont provide u soap instead hair n shower all in one so u use that for hand wash as well

A good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, English speaking staff, nice hot shower, good range of TV channels. All very efficient and pleasant. A successful stay in a hotel a little bit distant from the town, but well placed for the ferry pier. I was impressed.

Everything was entirely to our satisfaction. No complaints at all.
