1) mentioned Breakfast included while booking .... They said they cannot. But charged for breakfast. 2) No restaurant or food not available 3) Not even drinking water in the room nor they can arrange 4) No service to carry the luggage, we need to carry our own.. my family was old. 5) No authorized people available to raise our concern 6) The message from oyo is auto-generated , not even bother to address our concern 7) they were in a hurry to vacate us .. 11 am it self 8) staff has no authority 9) we booked for 3 people.. they provided only 1 king bed for 3.

Worst customer service and hospitality by front office/reception. You need to pay extra 100Rs per person for one hour to use Swimming pool, and the pool is not maintained properly. Chlorine level is high. Water bottle or any basic toiletries not provided.
