(1) Exceptionally well-trained staff - from the reception, breakfast hall and restaurants to room service. It is obvious that staff training is a top priority here. Everyone works with impressive discipline and professionalism, almost like a military unit - but in the best possible sense. They are always smiling, always willing to help, and consistently deliver the level of service you would expect in Dubai! (2) Impeccable cleanliness – the hotel is spotless at every moment. This applies to everything: the rooms, furniture, corridors, spa facilities, public areas, and even the walkways outside. The attention to cleanliness creates a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. (3) An incredibly spacious and well-equipped room – my room was probably around 35 m² including the bathroom, which felt extremely generous. Everything was already there: an ironing board, iron, safe, hairdryer, excellent blackout curtains, powerful air conditioning, great lighting, a proper work desk, a dressing table, and comfortable armchairs. I never had to ask for anything - it was all thoughtfully prepared. Truly world-class comfort. (4) amazing breakfast buffet - countless number of food, fresh veggies, juices, hot meals etc. Perfect.

(1) The breakfast staff’s eagerness to help can sometimes feel overwhelming. Their commitment to outstanding service is admirable, but especially during breakfast I found the constant attention a little excessive. They continuously offered more coffee, juice, or assistance with every small detail. Personally, I prefer to enjoy breakfast quietly with a bit more personal space. That said, I completely understand that this is how they are trained, and I have great respect for their dedication to delivering exceptional service. (2) The security procedures outside the hotel are extremely strict. Armed guards, rising armored road barriers, vehicle inspections, dogs apparently trained to detect explosives and narcotics, and opening every door and every trunk of every vehicle create a highly militarized atmosphere 🤯🤮🥵🥶. While I fully understand that these measures exist for safety reasons, they can negatively affect the comfort and overall feeling of both leisure and business travelers. In addition, the hotel is surrounded by massive security walls, which reinforce the impression of being inside a heavily protected compound rather than a relaxing hotel.
