This review is specifically for the Italian restaurant on the Mezzanine floor (Basilico). I am a picky eater and often require a specific order when going out to restaurants, however Sara who placed my order made this a smooth and non judgemental process. She made me feel comfortable even though I had made a few adjustments to my order. Ahmed, and Michel encouraged an outstanding customer experience, with significant respect. It is employees like these who represent the company really well. Thank you, I would definitely return!

"Another Great Rotana Hotel"

We were picked up from the airport and the driver was fabulous. Check in was easy and they linked my membership to the booking. The Italian restaurant is very authentic. Throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble It was our colleague’s birthday Staff presented him with a cake snd sang ‘Happy Birthday’ The Club Lounge is very good. High quality food and Yasmin takes great care of you. A wonderful hotel up to the Rotana standard.
