Erbil International Hotel

Excellent stay overall. The hotel was very clean, well organized, and the service was fast and comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to praise the reception desk staff. They were very polite, welcoming, and extremely helpful with everything I needed. The outdoor pool is clean and mattress was comfortable. The room location is extremely quiet to a beautiful garden. The breakfast buffet was tasty and wide varied. Thank you for the great service — I would definitely stay here again.

لم يعجبني شيء

1-ذكر في موقع booking ان الغرفة تحتوي على حوض استحمام ولكن في الحقيقة لا تحتوي على حوض استحمام رغم ان الغرفة سعرها 150$ 2- اخذو مني مبلغ 80$ ثمن المشروبات التي وضعوها في الثلاجة رغم انهم لم يذكرو انها بمقابل مادي ولم اطلبها انا !!! حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Good breakfast. Mr Sharro and Mr Mohammed on reception were very friendly and helpful. Ms Bayan was also helpful when I had to check out early.
