This hotel remains the top choice in Erbil. The staff are not only wonderful but also exceptionally friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

The quality of the breakfast at this hotel has been consistently declining. It's disappointing to see such a noticeable drop in the variety and freshness of the offerings, which used to be one of the highlights of the stay.
