Very friendly staff especially the receptionists , good breakfast , hotel near many amenities , rooms spacious. Good hotel but needs lots of improvement and maintenance ( see below ) Airport near by, 15 minutes drive. Qalaa, Erbil castle , 10 minutes drive. Nearest beautiful resorts 1 hour drive.

Lots of Potential to improve. The hotel needs refurbishment and maintenance. It can be better than other hotel chains if the decorations and furnitures of the rooms changed to new one. Rooms furniture and carpet quite old with lots of scratches on the doors , wall papers old and some came off. Fridge small and doesn’t cool enough and you can see rotten stuff inside. Windows of the whole hotel need cleaning as dust cover all of them. AC is quite load and cannot adjust. Water tap split and spill on your clothes. Toilet flush system is poor quality and takes efforts to flush. I hope the management take above in consideration to improve this nice hotel.

Honestly just the valet service, nothing more I can think of that was good or even fair.

Toilets and sinks were dirty. Bedsheets had spots on. The rug was all dusty. The staff were too slow to get anything done. Breakfast was not fresh and the food was all smelly. Really one of the worst experiences I have had.
