the staff are kind people , especially those in the reception Rasha who is very careful and helpful, Awaz, Hasan, Aliyaa, Haitham and in the restaurant especially Mohammed and Mohammed .The housekeeping and security and everyone in The hotel were so kind Actually, upon the day of my arrival to Erbil I failed down in the airport and my leg was hurt they cared about me especially Awaz and Rash and also I want to thank the manager and everybody cared about me. The breakfast is good location is great

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Hotel Le Capitol in Erbil. The hotel is very well located, close to all facilities, with some of the best restaurants just next door. The setting is excellent and welcoming, and the team, led by the exceptional manager Hayhem, was incredibly attentive to all my needs. The on-site Shahmiran restaurant is outstanding, with the Syrian chef preparing delicious dishes at very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning on my next visit!
