Clean rooms. Very helpful staff. The original room they gave me was a bit warm and I wasn't sure if the AC was working so they gave me a new room and sent me a plate of fruit for the inconvenience, which I didn't think was too inconvenient but appreciated the gesture. Also we're very flexible with the check out time as our flight was a bit later in the evening. Breakfast was good and very well presented. The room was spacious and had a living room as well.

The staff at the front desk, the management, the staff at the restaurants, the cleaning staff and even the valet guys are all unbelievably fantastic. Everyone at this hotel is extremely nice and accommodating, they truly understand customer service and treating guests to a really great experience. The people working at this hotel really make staying here worth every penny, I would recommend anyone to stay here, especially if visiting from outside Iraq. Also, the breakfast was excellent, plenty of food and variety.

The only complaint is the nightly loud and booming music from the nightclub. This happens nightly, begins around 12pm and goes through 5am daily, and I mean daily, there is no break from this.

The location is great. You can get to most city landmarks in around 15 minutes. The staff are nice as well.

It was so noisy. I could hear the generator during the night, and when I asked to be moved to another room, the new room was also noisy even though it was on the opposite side. Also, the hotel is so worn out that you feel that it should not be a 4-star hotel. You'd expect a much better experience when you look at the exterior. The furniture is old, in my room the A/C controller was broken... etc.

the staffs are amazing! the front desk staffs and operations manager particularly are very friendly welcoming and warm! lovely people indeed
