Only the location and the fact that the receptionist was flexible to allow me stay a few hours after the check out time.

Well, the toilet flush didn’t work. Shower pressure was barely working. There wasn’t a bottle of water in the room. They had sprayed the room with a very strong air refreshenders, I had to open the window to let it out.

We had a wonderful stay at the [Hotel karlovy vary]. The location was perfect, just a short walk from [attraction] and close to many great restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the [view]. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially [Ms.Mariam] at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool area was also a highlight. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erbil.
