Paris Plaza Hotel

Misleading the booking photos actually the hotel totally different the only things I liked About hotel is first floor restaurant got me back to Egypt style hotels and lobby is fine some staffs are nice but hotel its self uncomfortable bed , non clean , not good smell, I think it need more rejuvenate

The location was good and the staff was also good

The noice of generator and the electricity was always shutdown and the Ac wasn’t good

Everything is nice in the hotel like staff essentially in the reception they are so kind and gentle, special thanks to Nour and Hannen they were so helpful The room was amazing in the space, fornture and Isolation

they accept only cash, so they add additional costs because they take the dollar with the black market value so they add 20$ to the cost also they want us to pay in the checkin and ask us to pay all the time , also in booking the checkout till 4:00 pm but they ask us to leave at 12:00 pm and inform us if we stay after that they will change us additional night

The location was good. Nere the center of erbil I really liked especially the staff behaviour

I just couldnt use the pool Because it was crowded
