I loved everything

Nicely kept, clean, new furnishing Very pleasant staff Lots of trails nearby Easily reachable by public transit

Paid sauna outside of morning timeslots Breakfast buffet was quite humble My room had AC pre-set to a very cold temperature (19 °) after I arrived, felt a bit unpleasant

The atmosphere, the staff and the locatio - all was excellent.. Food was great too.

The laudry service in the early mornings just outside our window were extremely loud. Not a nice way to be woken up on your holiday (and way too early).

The name of the hotel is misleading. There is no lake view, but a view of a quite busy street. If you are unlucky enough to have a room in the lodge with the reception and bistro, the noise level from the terrace below is considerable due to chit-chat sometimes even late night and early morning. Plus some aircraft noise.Booked a room with a balcony, there was none, even not a chair or a wardrobe, the bathroom is tiny. A breakfast with a slot and 40 minutes time is very peculiar anyhow they forget to verify the slot. The hotel seems not well organized and the greenwashing concept simply reduces costs by not offering a room service.
