I like the spacy bedroom and the layout in the bedroom. I like the view from the bfast room and the variety of food, but the taste need a little improvement

I donot like the light straight up over my head above my bed, and eventually I can't find the switch to turn it off at my first night. I would like to have the sulfur water straight from the maountain in my bathtub

Bathroom stuff need be replaced.

Even though quite far from the centre but still manageable to get online transportation and close to natural tourist attractions. Suitable for a couple who wants to detach from the busy world. The pool was great with warm water. The Gym is also nice! It's good to have a gym at the hotel. On Wednesday gym was closed to the public, but guests can use the gym, you can ask the “Aa or teteh” at the canteen to open the gym for you. The scenery was really GOOD! I think Cahaya is the great 3-star hotel in Garut.

The Check-in process really turns me off. It took 1 hour to check-in. The staff said they would WhatsApp or call me but he didn't until my husband checked once again and we finally checked in. Ah, and there wasn't any welcome drink. The staff also didn't say when was the time for breakfast, checkout etc (like standard information for guests based on SOP). I thought breakfast started at 6 Am but the staff wasn’t ready. Especially the egg/omelette station. They said it started at 6:30 AM but they were still not on time and the lady who made the omelette often missing. When we stayed there was a construction process at the hotel and it was noisy during the day. So for people who stay for a staycation and want to take a nap it is so annoying.
