Tornato dopo un anno perché le belle esperienze vanno ripetute. Confermo la precedente recensione, struttura eccellente con qualche piccolo dettaglio da migliorare ma nulla che condizioni il giudizio. Una menzione particolare allo staff, Pina, Mariella, Salvo….e Rosa. Sempre attenti e amorevoli con i clienti. Complimenti e…alla prossima.

Struttura con una posizione eccellente , in macchina puoi arrivare in diverse attrazioni della zona , le stanza molto pulite e il personale molto gentile !

Peccato per la piscina datata e sporca , e le imbottiture delle sdraio vanno sostituite , per quanto riguarda il cibo nella media e consiglio di mettere gli ingredienti dato che c’è gente allergica e intollerante ! Comunque ho passato due bei giorni nel Relax più totale !

Absolutely everything! This was by far the most beautiful and unforgettable experience we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff, who made us feel at home right away. Their hospitality and attention to detail were simply exceptional. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every corner of the interior was thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. The service was top-notch – always available, yet discreet. We felt truly cared for at every moment of our stay. The pool area was stunning, clean, and incredibly peaceful – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sun. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options to choose from. Every meal was a delight, both in taste and presentation. Cleanliness was on the highest level – everything was immaculate, from the rooms to the common areas. You could truly feel the care and effort put into maintaining the entire property. In short, this was a dream stay. We've never experienced anything quite like it. Every detail was flawless, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect escape!

Breakfast was fine en served by very friendly ladies. Beautiful garden.

The capacity of the airconditioning was too small or needs maintanance (rooms 161 and 162). After a whole day of functioning the temperature in the room was 26 degrees in the evening after a day of sunshine. Complaining by the desk did not help. They just denied the problem (!). Another problem are the lounge beds at the swimming pool. The beds are old and sag untill you sit on uncomfortable iron pipes. Very unfriendly is the omnipresent sign that it is totally forbidden to eat and drink your own stuff. The drinks in this hotel are 30-40% more expensive than in all other hotels we visited on Sicily.

The pool and pool deck were very nice. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing ambience. The gardens are very well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
