Геолокация, сервис, персонал, чистота, отзывчивость работников, хорошее знание русского языка.Когда я забронировала номер, мне позвонили из отеля и предложили бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта до отеля, это очень классно-спасибо.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

Premium Hotel Ganja is a gem located in the center of the city. I believe , it is the only 4 star hotel in town. The hotel is only 2 years old and all staff members are fluent in English. My room was large with a fantastic bed and bathroom. The minibar was fully stocked. The hotel’s restaurant and bar are open 24/7. The food is excellent and waiters well dressed in white shirts with papillon. Next time I visit Ganja, I will definitely return to this fantastic hotel.

The stuff is very helpful and warm. Food is good. Rooms are tidy and wide.

Отличный отель. Персонал очень приветливый, номер чистый, просторный. Локация очень удобная. Сказать по правде, хочу придраться, но не нахожу к чему ))

Ну разве что цену спустить )
