Staff was caring and friendly. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and our dinners offered plenty of choices and good food

We stayed (booked) the auxiliary building (finding availability was hard). Don’t do that! - Our room was tiny, no AC, no elevator. They had a big construction zone right in front of our building/balcony which was loud and obnoxious and the hotel did not inform us prior to arrival.

Breakfast good. Location is nice but lots of buildings within view and construction was going on at the time of our stay. We’d selected a balcony room with Mountain View but received a ground floor room with view of driveway. Spent $600 on 2 bedroom for the balcony view that I never received. The two bedroom was the only room available to me that offered the balcony view that I wanted. My husband and I never went on the terrace in parking lot of our unit because of construction and other obstructions to any sort of view.

Hot tubs need to be much hotter. Not even warm enough for bath water so everyone was getting in and right back out. Someone should clean up the roof area throughout the day. There were towels thrown on ground and all over the place, plus empty glasses and champagne bottles left on several tables for hours on end!
