Le confort de la chambre et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

L'accueil, nous n'avons rencontré personne, ni le soir à l'arribée, ni le lendemain matin pour partir. L'accès au logement se fait par des informations données au téléphone en italien ou en anglais, il y a 3 digicodes à saisir, une barrière, un portail et la porte d'entrée puis une clé à récupérer pour enfin pénétrer dans la chambre. Dans la description il est indiqué qu'il a un parking sans noter qu'il est payant (20 € la nuit)

Nice, traditional style room and everything was clean and functioned well. Breakfast was simple but fine, cake was good. Marco was helpful, knowledgeable and working very hard on making further improvements. This meant that the breakfast room was largely out of use apart from at breakfast time and that the seating area (sofa) wasn't in use.. This wasn't a problem as the lovely seating area in the garden was always available. The house and garden are lovely and very tranquil (no traffic noise). The park, which a couple of minutes walk away, is more like an arboretum and is a gorgeous and relaxing place to just hang out or read a book. The public beach is about 10 minutes along the promenade and is really nice for a swim. Easy access by train to Genoa and back along the coast for walking trips. We really enjoyed our stay. We liked it all really. The breakfast/seating area will be nicer still once completed. One suggestion would be to have a small kitchen area so that guests can put together small snacks (not cooked) or picnic lunches for days out.

j'étais venue dans cet hôtel il y a environ une quinzaine d'années et j'en avais gardé des bons souvenirs. Le patron très accueillant, il avait même fait la cuisine (excellente) et très présent. Bon petit déjeuner à l'époque. Cette fois ci, le nouveau responsable m'a harcelé au téléphone pour horaires d'arrivée, carte bleue. Pas de restauration, petit déjeuner lamentable (pain de mie ou biscottes), une dose de café et pas plus et pas de responsable au moment du départ. Vraiment très limite
