Location was excellent! Great room & very good size. Clean and tidy. The lady who cleaned the rooms, I think her name was Lisa, was very helpful and friendly. The reception staff should learn from her.

The reception staff, they did not smile, and I felt like I was interrupting their private conversation when I was checking in.
