In front of the beach, beautiful view and comfortable room.

The restaurant food was not very tasty.

Good location in front of the black sea, good stuff 👍

Hotel is new, so everything is unused. Hotel has own swimming pool. And hotel is near the sea Tasty breakfast. Good overall design and furniture. Nice and helpful staff

Bad navigation: hard to get to the entrance, there are no signs or nav arrows of some sort. Construction sites around also making navigation problematic

This hotel has an amazing location right on the boardwalk of Gonio within 2 minute walk to the beach, and the balcony's on the sea-facing side give an amazing view of the sunsets in the morning. Owner was friendly with us and attempted to solve problems promptly.

We understand we arrived the opening weekend of the hotel and were among the first guests of the season, but the AC was on the fritz, going on and off at random times, sometimes refusing to turn off, other-times not turning on, one of the few things you want as a guarantee when staying in a hot climate. If we wanted our room cleaned, we had to ask the staff to do it as there did not seem to be a regular cleaning service during the day. In addition, we asked about the hotel having Ice before arriving and were told their ice-machine was not operating when we got there. We were told there is a pool, it was not opened until our 4th or 5th day there and their second-floor pool never opened while we were there. Most of the upper-floors are still in the process of renovation so you will not be staying on the top-most floors, we also were subject to the noise during the stay. Walls were quite thin, we could hear conversations happening in rooms above and beside us. The biggest gripe I had was the renovation worker they had on site, who was apparently their maintenance guy as well, our balcony door wouldn't close, the air-conditioner wasn't working as I mentioned and he was called to our room to fix it on several occasions, and the man told his co-worker to tell us "Tell them to stop bothering me about the AC!" Assuming that we didn't speak Georgian. We were unable to watch the Georgian EUFA matches in our room in Georgian because for some reason 1TV was blocked and only playing in the hotel lobby?? (I don't understand why this is the case since 1TV is a National station.) The electronic room-key they provided us stopped working about halfway through our stay and we were forced to wait in the hallway for 20~ minutes while someone brought us a normal key. Perhaps some of these issues will be sorted out in the coming weeks, but don't expect a 5-star stay here.

Отвратительное отношение персонала, я вообще с подобной ситуацией впервые сталкиваюсь! Мы забронировали отель в августе на даты с 11 по 21 сентября на 10 ночей, приехав в отель нам сказали, что отель работает до 15 сентября и попросили отменить бронирование и пойти искать другое место!!! Мы отказались и сказали, что будем жить до 15.09. Нам дали номер, но не тот что мы бронировали, мы бронировали суперлюкс, а дали обычный! Опять пошли на ресепшен, показали в букинге какой мы номер бронировали, дали ключи от нашего номера! Но, сказали, что он стоит дороже, показывали что-то там на своей компьютере, якобы цены поменялись! А мы тут причем? Не понятно! Ну и «вишенка на торте» в ванной комнате не было холодной воды, даже из унитаза текла горячая вода!!!! Починить так и не смогли, дали ключ от соседнего номера, чтобы мы мылись там! В общем впечатлений об отеле масса! К сожалению только отрицательных!

Отношение персонала. Разница в цене, на букинге цена 120 лари за сутки на месте сказали 184 лари!

Чистота, комфорт, шикарный вид с балкона, приятный и позитивный персонал, всегда готовый помочь, приятная атмосфера, хорошая музыка.
