Pension zur Neiße

Sehr schönes Hotel wenn man auf dem Oder-Neiße-Radweg unterwegs ist. Das Fahrrad konnte sicher untergestellt werden. Sehr gutes Zimmer mit reichhaltigem Frühstück

Watch the check-in time as you cannot check in early. Breakfast was more limited than we had experienced in other hotels. No credit cards: cash only for room payment.

The large room was quiet and comfortable with a small table, two chairs, and a sofa. The breakfast was ample with plenty of meats and cheeses laid out along with coffee and juice. We appreciated the upbeat and friendly host. She had a locked room for our e-bikes along with a place to charge them.

The WiFi could have been a bit stronger, but this was a problem we had in several places we stayed in during our tour. As it is a pension, there is no soap or other amenities (like shampoo) in the room, but this is similar to other places at which we stayed - so not a big deal.

Nice clean room - small, but comfortable for one-night's stay. Good breakfast.

Little bit old-world in various aspects ... The property does not respond to inquiries. I sent an inquiry about late check-in via Booking messaging, e-mail, and text in both English and German, weeks in advance, but received no response at all. The manager doesn't really allow any exceptions to their rules - they only responded when I directly asked for a late check-in (because I thought we wouldn't be able to arrive before 18:00) through the Booking app and the answer was "Nein die Möglichkeit besteht nicht." We were also warned at least seven times during the check-in procedure about the check-out time. If you want to store the bike in their storage, it will be locked between 18:00 and 7:00 with no possibility to retrieve it during this time as the key is held by the manager who leaves the house at 18. They do not accept cards!
