It’s really a very very nice family hotel. Very chilled out, very good wholesome food , really tasty & good value. Shoer good ac good . Some paddle boards to wander on the river ( a little wobbly) bikes to get about. Easy cycle to the Tra Ang boat quay by the back rides. If u go later in the day 3pm. The crowds die down & We say some monkeys. Cycle to the ancient capital but took cheap taxis to sights further a field. However you will be tempted to chill out with a beer round the pool. Party town this is not but lovely place to stay . Has a little town just a short walk for mini mart massage or a meal , Loved it

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Ninh Binh aber es ist wunderschön und liegt direkt am Fluss. Es ist wunderschön 🫶🏼 Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pobyt tutaj był świetny i zdecydowanie mogę polecić to miejsce. Właściciele są bardzo serdeczni i chętni do pomocy. Dużym plusem jest restauracja na miejscu – jedzenie było smaczne i świeże. Można też bez problemu wypożyczyć rower albo skuter, dzięki czemu łatwo zwiedzać okolicę. Zdecydowanie 10/10!

Excellent facilities, friendly family feel hosts and a great location to explore the local area on bikes. Breakfast included with the nightly rate and very tasty. You are made to feel incredibly welcome and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location right along the river was beautiful. The lights in the garden and around the pool made the experience magical.

The staff Hun was really amazing and the owner and her wife are so welcoming. We loved our stay here for 3 nights. The property is perfectly located and not too far from the main attractions. Depending on your fitness level you can also ride a bicycle and go around but otherwise the property provides bike on rent too. Food is amazing and do try their local wine too.

Owned by a lovely family, very helpful and flexible. Room big and clean, great breakfast selection too!

Every now and then you find somewhere that’s just nailed it all: Welcoming and helpful throughout. Free bikes and SUP, beautiful gardens, Comfortable beds, effective AC, beautiful quiet setting by the river and back from the road, good WiFi, very reasonable and extensive menu. This place has many good reviews and deserves them all. The pool is large and very clean, the pool table was a nice addition and getting our laundry done was easy and quick.

Everything here was just perfect! Owners - always with a smile, very helpful, we just felt like home, treated with care and warm hearth ❤️ they take care of details and put a lot of effort to run this lovely place. We got the room by the pool, it was amazing to wake up early in morning to check the views and nature sounds! Room was spotless clean, beds - so comfortable! It had everything we needed. There are options for breakfast like various eggs, noodles or pho + coffee, tea + fresh fruits. Everything was so tasty and the view… so great! We used bikes a lot to ride in the area and that was the best way to do it. Bikes are free! The area is so picturesque and there are many restaurants and coffee spots to explore. Homestay also runs a restaurant and bar - food and drinks were great and again… with views! It feels like we kept coming back to the homestay to hang out there once we were done with sightseeing. Trang An boats are so close so you can bike there in 20min. We also rented a motorbike to drive to Bai Dinh. The magic happens when it gets darker and they turn on all the lights! We think it’s the prettiest decoration in the town! 🏮 Oh and there’s also a friendly dog taking naps here and there. We are hoping to come back some day! 💝 Thank you!
