We really enjoyed our stay here, The owner greeted us with a big smile and not long after a free ice cream! The accommodation and property has everything you could want and need. Great pool and location. Excellent value and service. All the staff were lovely and friendly! Definitely recommend 👍

We had a great stay at this accommodation. The facilities are beautiful and the location in front of the river makes it very peaceful and relaxing. They have paddle boards available to enjoy the river, which was an amazing experience. The swimming pool is also very nice, perfect to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The food was delicious, the rooms were very good, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. A really beautiful place to stay and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the owners onsite are incredibly hospitable, genuine, kind and always made themselves available to help with what ever we needed. Single gear bicycles are free and easy to use, which we used to ride our way through the famous rice fields closeby. Rooms are spacious and clean to a high standard with both fan and A/C available. We will be sure to stay here again in our next visit to Ninh Binh! Thank you!!

First of all the place is amazing. There's a lovely pool, the rooms are very cozy and the surrounding views are also amazing. But what stood out was the attitude of the hosts. They were by far one of the friendliest people I've met during my traveling. The boss gave us a free ice cream the moment we arrived. And after checkout they allowed us to store our luggage and wait for 2 hours till our bus arrived. During this 2 hours wait they even gave us another ice cream for free! I certainly recommend this place
